Email support service

Our anonymous email service is good if you feel unable to talk about your experience, fears and feelings; if you are hearing impaired, or if it’s more convenient for you to get support through writing.

You might find that email and/or phone conversations are the best way for you to move forward. You can also choose to be supported through one-to-one counselling, group activities where you can meet other survivors and accessing our self-help guides.
